The objective of this workshop series is to help current leaders as well as potential in the county network, learn together, improve skills, increase tools in their leadership toolbox and contribute to their communities by helping to plan and implement strategies for improvement.
The sessions will take place every other week from 8 am to 12 noon. Locations will vary.
Wed. 3/24 -UNDERSTANDING STRATEGY -Organize quickly and move ideas into action to start seeing results. We will use the Strategic Doing Model/Logic Models examples to begin work on or improve strategic plans for our counties
