Senator Dale A. Righter
Senator Dale Righter was appointed to the Illinois Senate in 2003. He previously served five years in the Illinois House of Representatives and was elected to a four-year term for the 55th District in November 2002.
Righter is currently the Republican spokesperson for the Senate Health & Human Services Committee and as a member of the Financial Institutions and Transportation Committees.
He is also a member of the Legislative Audit Commission, the Senior Pharmaceutical Review Committee and the Council on Aging.

Representative Roger L. Eddy
Roger L. Eddy is a Republican member of the Illinois House of Representatives, representing the 109th district where he has served since 2003.
Eddy, a lifelong educator, is a graduate of Northern Illinois University. He has been a teacher, coach, school principal and superintendent. His most recent educational position is as superintendent of Hutsonville Unit 1 school district in Crawford County. He and his wife, Becca, also a teacher, reside near Hutsonville and are the parents of five children.

Senator Richard Durbin
Richard Joseph "Dick" Durbin, (born November 21, 1944) is currently the senior United States Senator from Illinois and Democratic Party Whip, the second highest position in the Democratic Party leadership in the Senate. He became Majority Whip of the US Senate when the 110th Congress convened on January 4, 2007. In April 2006, TIME Magazine listed Senator Durbin as one of "America's 10 Best Senators."

Congressman Tim Johnson
Timothy V. (Tim) Johnson (born July 23, 1946) is an American politician who has been a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives since 2001, representing Illinois's 15th congressional district (map). He was born in Champaign, Illinois and graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He was a lawyer, a realtor, a member of the Urbana City Council and a member of the Illinois House of Representatives from 1976 to 2000 before entering the U.S. House of Representatives.
