East Central Illinois Mass Transit District service is curb to curb non-emergency service for all ages! Hours of operation for Clark County  - 7 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday.  Medical runs 7:30-4:30 pm and JARC runs are from 6 am to 6 pm.

No service on Saturdays and Sundays or the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, martin Luther King’s B-Day, President’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Reservations can be made by calling 1-866-384-0503 for Clark County residents.  Passengers are encouraged to call us as far ahead as possible for reservations.  24 hour reservation is encouraged.  Same day requests may be possible if space permits, but not guaranteed.  Passengers are requested to be ready 30 minutes prior to pick up time.  The bus will not wait more than 5 minutes pass the scheduled pick up time.  Drivers will not wait at destination call dispatch office for pick up.

Cancellations should be made as early as possible, but no later than one hour prior to your scheduled appointment time.  Cancellations can be made by contacting the transportation office. 

Service is available in all townships in Clark County and service animals are allowed on the bus.  Service to persons using respirators or portable oxygen will not be denied.  However, the respirator or oxygen tank must be secured while on board the vehicle.

East Central Illinois Mass Transit District vehicles are equipped with a wheelchair lift and wheelchair securements.  Passengers needing mobility aids must provide their own.  East Central Illinois Mass Transit complies with ADA guidelines in accommodating all wheelchair and mobility aids in common use.  All wheelchairs will be secured to the vehicle utilizing the wheelchair tie down devices.

Cash Fare Structure:

• Adults 11 years of age and older - $2.00 per trip (curb to curb)
• Children 6-10 -  $1.00
• Children 0-5  - FREE and must be accompanied by an adult

Drivers do not make change.  Please have exact fare fee when boarding.  Fees are based on per trip.

Discount Tickets and monthly passes are available for purchase at the Transportation Office 256 W. Court Street in Paris, Casey Library & Senior Center, Clark County Courthouse/Marshall, Marshall Library and the Martinsville Library. Agencies are not eligible for discounted fares and passes.

• Adult Under 60 Book of 10 (Pink tickets) - $10.00
• Adult Over 60 Book of 10 (Yellow tickets) - $7.50
• Children 6-10 Book of 10 (Green tickets) – $3.75
• 30 Day Basic Unlimited trips in Edgar or Clark – Over 60 $15.00, under 60 $25.00
• 30 Day Gold Pass Unlimited trips within the ECIMTD – Over 60 $35.00, under 60 $50.00
